How it works

Start secure, organize with tiles, and keep context attached to the work.

This is the real product flow: create an account, save your recovery phrase, build a tile structure on the dashboard, and use tile pages when the work needs more detail.

Step 1

Create your account and save your recovery phrase

When you sign up, the app generates a per-user encryption salt and a 12-word recovery phrase. That phrase matters: it is part of how you recover access to your encrypted data later.

Step 2

Land on the dashboard and build your tile structure

From the main screen you can create top-level tiles, search existing ones, pin important items, and start shaping a hierarchy that reflects how your habits or projects actually break down.

Step 3

Log quickly, then open a tile when you need more depth

Use the dashboard for fast progress logging, then open an individual tile page when you need comments, todos, links, child tiles, or page-specific pinned references.

Step 4

Keep context over time without giving up privacy

User-generated text is encrypted client-side, session keys stay in memory, and the recovery flow requires both the email link and your recovery phrase before a password reset can complete.

Inside the app

The dashboard is for speed

The home page is optimized for quick actions: add a tile, search by name, log progress, and keep your most important work visible with pins.

Inside the app

Tile pages are for depth

Each tile page acts like a focused workspace where supporting material lives with the tile itself instead of being scattered across tools.

Inside the app

The structure stays flexible

Tiles can become parents, children can be re-organized, and the system can evolve as your routines or projects change.
